What happens if I have any questions or trouble during my trip?

Our agents are your main contact during your stay to ensure everything goes smoothly. Prior to your arrival in Montreal, we will provide you with the telephone numbers for several of our agents. Once you arrive, you will have a quick meeting with them to go over your package and address any questions or concerns. All of our agents are on call to answer any further questions or concerns during your stay and to ensure your satisfaction.
