Montreal Bachelor Party Finances: Splitting Bills
You’ve got a killer Montreal bachelor party planned. And while everyone contributed pretty much the same amount towards the basic package, you still haven’t decided how the bills incurred during your time in Montreal are going to be divvied up. Here are a few options and some considerations for each:
Option #1: Split all of the costs equally – Every time you go out to a restaurant, Montreal nightclub, or Montreal stripclub, everyone contributes an equal amount. This is usually a pretty fair approach, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, not every establishment may be willing or able to divide up your bill. Second, if someone’s always racking up a bigger portion of the bill than everyone else, it could create hard feelings.
Option #2: Have each group member pay for his own bills – Each guy pays his own way. On the downside, it may prevent less well-off group members from taking part in some of the fun.
Option #3: Take turns picking up the tab – One guy pays for dinner, another pays for drinks, and another group member pays for jet boating. This is best for tight buds who aren’t going to get all worked up over a couple of bucks. Just make sure one group member isn’t consistently buying filet mignon while the others spring for Big Macs.
