Couples Getaway

July 27th, 2007

We have always had great response from couples who’ve come to Montreal using our couples package. The city’s fine hotels and restaurants are always a big draw, but are really only part of the attraction. European-style architecture and the prevalence of French culture in everything from food to general ambiance play heavily into many peoples enjoyment when visiting the city.

Our website now goes into greater detail regarding romantic possibilities for couples while in Montreal. We handle all reservations for Restaurants and hotels in and around the city, as well as provide you with an on-call host who’ll help find anything you’re looking for. We offer many great daytime activities you can enjoy, or can simply point you in the right direction if you’re simply in the mood to explore the city’s sights or go shopping.

All of our packages are customizable, allowing you to choose the level of service you’re comfortable with. Call us if you have any questions or are interested in booking a Couples Getaway.

Getting Into Canada

July 11th, 2007

It’s important, with all the recent changes to border security, to know what passport information you need to show when entering Canada. To dispel any confusion, we’ve added a page outlining what you need to bring with you when you’re crossing the border.

One important fact is that flying into Canada doesn’t require your actual passport if you haven’t yet received the new version that’s been created to increase border security. The receipt given to you after you’ve applied for a new passport is just as good as a full passport; showing it to the border guard provides proper identification and tells the guard that your new passport is simply pending. If you’re driving into Canada, all you need is proof of ID; passports are not yet required for this form of entry. Carrying additional identification is always recommended to speed up the process and make sure all basses are covered.

If you have any further questions involving passport information or want to go over travel arrangements, please call to speak to a representative at: 1-800-371-1224, we are open between 10:00 and 6:00.

The Montreal Reggae Festival is coming mon! Staring July13th one of the city’s newest festivals will kick off its fourth year; but don’t mistaken this newest highlight of the festival season as being a small attraction, it’s grown with each passing year and has included many prominent musicians in its roster since it began. If you’re more focused on experiencing the Montreal Night life, no worries, there are many free outdoor shows for people who just want to take a look. The free shows are by no means lower quality, this year Ky-Mani Marley (son of the reggae legend) will be having an outdoor for free near Old Montreal.
